How you will create an impact:

  • Support leading mid- and large-cap PE players as well as strategic investors across Europe to make the right investment decisions
  • Become a thought leader and drive topics relevant to the M&A community and society in general – e.g. climate impact investing or emerging software business models
  • Apply creative problem-solving and strategic thinking on national and international consultancy projects
  • Build and use your quantitative and qualitative analytics toolkit
  • Execute comprehensive data analysis and turn this into actionable insights
  • Develop and present solutions and recommendations for our clients
  • Take your chance to make your mark by rethinking and building a new, scalable platform for transaction work – select “your” topic of choice and make a lasting contribution
About you:

  • You bring above-average student performance (any subject with a focus on business/finance, technology, psychology, engineering, or science)
  • Your first work experience or internships in consulting or private capital markets (e.g. Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking) are a strong plus
  • You might have a special focus or strong interest either in market analysis, financial/ business plan analysis or ESG-related topics
  • You bring fluent business English and German (written and spoken) and proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Your strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, conscientious and dynamic attitude, as well as excellent communication skills
  • You are highly intrinsically motivated and look for a profession with the highest possible learning curve
  • You value structure and are satisfied only with excellent quality results
